DPD Predict Information
When DPD Predict is used, the customer is informed via SMS and email regarding dispatch and delivery. On the expected day, an estimated time slot is provided.
Depending on the options available in the myDPD tracking, the recipient may request a different date, a different address, delivery to a Pickup point, a DPD branch, a neighbor, or a safe place.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed on a partner marketplace are primarily shipped with Colissimo, or the logistics service provided by the platform. The carrier, fees, timelines, and delivery terms indicated on the marketplace or in the dispatch confirmation apply to the order.
Europe, International & Overseas
European orders are primarily shipped via DPD CLASSIC Europe and its partner network. For certain international or overseas destinations, or marketplace orders, PlanetFoot may use Colissimo International or another appropriate service.
- Europe: delivery from €9.90, with free delivery depending on the country, service, and order amount.
- Switzerland: CHF 10.00 — home delivery.
- United Kingdom: £10.00 — home delivery.
- Canada: CAD 40.00 — free from CAD 350.00.
- United States: USD 46.90.
- French Overseas Territories: €15.90 — estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Taxes, import duties, customs fees, or processing fees may be requested by the authorities or the carrier in the destination country. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering, these costs are not included in the price paid to PlanetFoot and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs inspections and formalities may prolong delivery times. PlanetFoot remains the customer's point of contact regarding delivery performance, without limiting the consumer's mandatory rights.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal

PlanetFoot Extension
Up to 100 days
For remote purchases, the customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt to notify PlanetFoot of their decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason. After notification, the product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days.
Additionally, PlanetFoot offers a commercial extension allowing a return request up to 100 days after receipt, provided the product is new, unworn, unwashed, complete, with its original tags, and in a condition allowing it to be resold.
- France: free returns according to the procedure and label provided by PlanetFoot.
- International: return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless an error is attributable to PlanetFoot or there is a non-conformity.
- Beyond the 14-day legal period: commercial return offered as a store credit, voucher, or exchange, after inspection and acceptance of the product.
Personalized products
Items that are flocked, embroidered, or manufactured according to the customer's instructions do not benefit from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, unless an error is attributable to PlanetFoot or there is a non-conformity.
Under the legal right of withdrawal, the refund is processed according to applicable provisions and may be deferred until the product is recovered or proof of shipping is received. The supplement corresponding to a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery offered is not refunded.
Any product that has been worn, washed, damaged, is incomplete, or returned without its tags may be subject to a discount or refusal under the commercial extension, without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees.
