ARTICLE 1 - CHAMP D'APPLICATION
These General Conditions of Sale (known as “CGV”) apply, without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the Seller to non-professional buyers (“Customers or the Customer”), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale (“The Products”) by the Seller on the site https://PlanetFoot.com . The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows:
Textile products, specialized clothing and accessories
The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the site https://PlanetFoot.com , which the customer is required to read before ordering .
The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Product offers are within the limits of available stocks, as specified when placing the order.
These General Terms and Conditions are accessible at any time on the site https://PlanetFoot.com and will take precedence over any other document.
The Customer declares to have read these General Terms and Conditions and to have accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before implementing the online ordering procedure for the site https://PlanetFoot.com .
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.

Les Produits présentés sur le site https://PlanetFoot.com sont proposés à la vente pour les territoires suivants :
Europe.
En cas de commande vers un pays autre que la France métropolitaine, le Client est l'importateur du ou des Produits concernés. Pour tous les Produits expédiés hors Union européenne et DOM-TOM, le prix sera calculé hors taxes automatiquement sur la
facture.
Des droits de douane ou autres taxes locales ou droits d'importation ou taxes d'état sont susceptibles d'être exigibles. Ils seront à la charge et relèvent de la seule responsabilité du Client.
ARTICLE 2 - PRIX
Les Produits sont fournis aux tarifs en vigueur figurant sur le site https://PlanetFoot.com, lors de l'enregistrement de la commande par le Vendeur.
Les prix sont exprimés en Euros, HT et TTC.
Les tarifs tiennent compte d'éventuelles réductions qui seraient consenties par le Vendeur sur le site https://PlanetFoot.com . Ces tarifs sont fermes et non révisables pendant leur période de validité mais le Vendeur se réserve le droit, hors période de validité, d’en modifier les prix à tout moment.
Les prix ne comprennent pas les frais de traitement, d'expédition, de transport et de livraison, qui sont facturés en supplément, dans les conditions indiquées sur le site et calculés préalablement à la passation de la commande.
Le paiement demandé au Client correspond au montant total de l'achat, y compris ces frais.
Une facture est établie par le Vendeur et remise au Client lors de la livraison des Produits commandés.
ARTICLE 3 – COMMANDES
Il appartient au Client de sélectionner sur le site https://PlanetFoot.com les Produits qu'il désire commander, selon les modalités suivantes :
Le client choisi un produit qu’il met dans son panier, produit qu’il pourra supprimer ou modifier avant de valider sa commande et d’accepter les présentes conditions générales de vente. Il rentrera ensuite ses coordonnées ou se connectera à son espace et choisira le mode de livraison. Après validation des informations, la commande serai considérée comme définitive et exigera paiement de la part du client selon les modalités prévues. .
Les offres de Produits sont valables tant qu'elles sont visibles sur le site, dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
La vente ne sera considérée comme valide qu’après paiement intégral du prix. Il appartient au Client de vérifier l'exactitude de la commande et de signaler immédiatement toute erreur.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3 BIS - CUSTOMER AREA - ACCOUNT
In order to place an order, the Customer is invited to create an account (personal space).
To do this, he must register by completing the form which will be offered to him at the time of his order and undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his marital status and his contact details, in particular his email address.
The Customer is responsible for updating the information provided. He is informed that he can modify them by logging into his account.
To access their personal space and order history, the Customer must identify themselves using their username and password which will be communicated to them after registration and which are strictly personal. As such, the Client refrains from any disclosure. Otherwise, he will remain solely responsible for the use made of it.
The Customer may also request unsubscription by going to the dedicated page in their personal space or sending an email to: contact@planetfoot.fr - This will be effective within a reasonable time.
In the event of non-compliance with the general conditions of sale and/or use, the site https://PlanetFoot.com will have the possibility of suspending or even closing a customer's account after formal notice sent electronically and remained Without effect.
Any deletion of an account, whatever the reason, results in the pure and simple deletion of all personal information of the Customer.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT TERMS

The price is payable in cash by the Customer, in full on the day the order is placed.
Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the site https://PlanetFoot.com .
Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after effective collection by the Seller of the sums due.
The Seller will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the Customer does not pay the price in full under the conditions indicated above.
ARTICLE 6 - TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
The transfer of ownership of the Products from the Seller to the Customer will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of said Products.
