1. How to place an order on Planet Foot?
You can place an order by following these simple steps:
- Browse our online store and select the items you wish to purchase.
- Click “Add to Cart” for each item.
- Once you have chosen your items, click on your shopping cart and proceed to payment.
- Follow the instructions to fill in your shipping and payment information.

2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept several payment methods, including:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna
- Planet Foot gift cards

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to several countries across Europe. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination. You can view our shipping options during checkout.

4. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery method chosen:

- Delivery to relay point: 3 to 5 working days
- Standard delivery: 2 to 3 working days
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days
- International delivery: 3 to 8 working days
Delays may occur during periods of high demand (sales, holidays).

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your Planet Foot account and viewing your order history.

6. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your unworn and unwashed items for free. Personalized items (with name/number or others) are not refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.

7. How can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund or a voucher.

8. Can I personalize the jerseys with a name and number?

The service is currently unavailable.
When this is back up and running, yes we do offer a customisation service on selected jerseys. You can add a name and number when ordering. Please note that personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

9. Do you offer discounts for clubs or teams?
Yes, we offer special discounts for clubs, teams and large orders. For more information on bulk discounts, please contact our sales department at contact@planetfoot.fr

10. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@planetfoot.fr with your order number and photos of the problem. We will provide you with a solution, whether it is an exchange or a refund.

11. How to use a promo code?
During checkout, you will have the option to enter a promo code. Once applied, the discount will appear in your order total.

12. Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@planetfoot.fr . If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
