Outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes, import duties, customs fees, or administration fees may be claimed by the authorities or carriers in the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer. After the parcel is handed over to the carrier, customs formalities, delays, administrative blockages, and delivery conditions are the responsibility of the carrier, local authorities, and the recipient customer.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, excluding excluded products.

In addition, PlanetFoot offers a commercial return extension of up to 100 days after receipt, provided the product is new, unworn, unwashed, complete, with its original tags, and in a condition allowing it to be resold.

  • France: free returns according to the terms communicated by PlanetFoot.
  • International: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for errors attributable to PlanetFoot or confirmed non-conformity.
  • After 14 days: commercial return possible in the form of a credit note, store credit, or exchange, subject to acceptance of the return.

Personalized, flocked, embroidered, worn, washed, damaged, incomplete products, or those without original tags are not eligible for return, except for errors attributable to PlanetFoot or confirmed non-conformity.
