Deliveries outside the European Union

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Up to 100 days
For remote purchases, the customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt to notify PlanetFoot of their decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason. After notification, the product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days.
Additionally, PlanetFoot offers a commercial extension allowing a return request up to 100 days after receipt, provided the product is new, unworn, unwashed, complete, with its original tags, and in a condition allowing it to be resold.
France: free returns according to the procedure and label provided by PlanetFoot.
International: return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless an error is attributable to PlanetFoot or there is a non-conformity.
Beyond the 14-day legal period: commercial return offered as a store credit, voucher, or exchange, after inspection and acceptance of the product.
Personalized products
Items that are flocked, embroidered, or manufactured according to the customer's instructions do not benefit from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, unless an error is attributable to PlanetFoot or there is a non-conformity.
Under the legal right of withdrawal, the refund is processed according to applicable provisions and may be deferred until the product is recovered or proof of shipping is received. The supplement corresponding to a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery offered is not refunded.
Any product that has been worn, washed, damaged, is incomplete, or returned without its tags may be subject to a discount or refusal under the commercial extension, without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees.
